These Terms of Service govern your use of Penometer (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), our website located at https://totalcontent.nl, and any related services provided by TotalContent.
By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from further using the App, accessing our website, or using any other services provided by TotalContent.
If you access or download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree to comply with any usage rules set forth in their respective Terms of Service.

- use Penometer or its associated services in such a way that may infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

All intellectual property in the App and website is owned by or licensed to TotalContent. This constitutes a license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license will terminate if you violate these Terms of Service.
3. Automatic Updates
By using the App, you consent to automatic updates, which you may disable by removing the App from your device.
4. Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TotalContent disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
5. Accuracy of Materials

7. Notice Regarding Apple & Google
You acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for the App. Any warranty claims should be directed to TotalContent. You must comply with their respective Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms of Service.
9. Severance
If any part of these Terms of Service is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.
